Is located on Fort Belvoir adjacent to the intersection of Woodlawn, Gorgas and Meeres Roads. It is on its original location where the African American community of Woodlawn Crossings existed prior to the 1941 expansion of Fort Belvoir when properties were condemned and residents relocated, many of them to Gum Springs.
