Interviews with a Selection of Reston’s African American Pioneers

A series of interviews with a selection of Reston’s African American pioneers was conducted for Reston Community Television’s program entitled “Reston’s African American Legacy”. A book containing a selection of the interviews, Reston's African American Legacy by LaVerne Gill, is available for research in the Reston Museum’s reference library (by appointment). Two of the public programs on this topic can be found on the Reston Museum YouTube channel.
